BIOGRAPHY

A strong background in hip-hop with a pop sensibility sets the stage for multi-instrumentalist, Matt Phoenix (AKA Matt Peters). During his previous lead roles with the bands Anti-Crew and Sage N Sour, Matt was known for his versatility; seamlessly moving between the roles of singer, rapper, guitarist, keyboardist, turntablist, and songwriter. Over the course of his career as an audio engineer and music producer, he has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of musicians in a wide range of genres.

This musical prowess has led to a variety of vocal features as well as songwriting and production credits with artists such as Krizz Kaliko, Jehry Robinson, Joey Cool, CES Cru, and Flare Tha Rebel. Matt Phoenix continues to rise with self-produced projects that channel his own life experiences into catchy and captivating music. His latest release is “I’m Not a Robot” featuring Krizz Kaliko.
